Standard Circular Series
The standard circular SubConn® connector
is the original underwater mateable connector and is still the most
popular connector type today. The range is still the preferred choice
for underwater applications, and has a well-deserved reputation for
being cost efficient and rugged solution for underwater and harsh
environments.

Micro SeriesThe Micro series of SubConn® connectors was developed to suit the increasingly smaller size of underwater instruments. They are ideal for diving, ROV, ocean science, underwater video and leisure applications.Based on the original series, the compact Micro series is available with 2 to 16 contacts in the standard in line version and in bulkhead versions. They are rated to full ocean depth. Micro low profile connectors are available with 3, 7 and 9 pins. |
|
| |
Low Profile Series
The low profile series is designed to protect leads and save space. The 90° angle allows flying leads to run parallel to equipment, making low profile SubConn® connectors ideal for use on underwater electronic bottles or other applications where height is restricted. They are designed to withstand harsh underwater environments and are full ocean depth rated. |

Metal Shell SeriesThe SubConn®
metal shell series is designed for rugged applications, such as ROV and
geophysical operations. The series consists of metal shell flange
mounts and through bulkhead standard circular series connectors, which
mate with the corresponding standard circular inline connectors, dummy
plugs and locking sleeves. |

Power SeriesThe SubConn®
Power series was introduced to meet the growing demand for increased
power requirements in underwater systems. There are currently 4
standard connectors in the series and a number of "special" connectors. |

SpecialsSpecial connectors and penetrators can be designed to suit individual customers and applications. Products include the SplitConn, the AddConn - used for connecting hydrophones, lights etc. in series or parallel, the VentConn - where one of the electrical contacts are substituted with a vent pipe, magnetic reed switches, hermaphroditic inserts, right angle bulkhead connectors - a complete range of penetrators and load bearing connectors. |
|
| |
PenetratorsPenetrators are used in many underwater
applications as an economic alternative where the use of a connector
pair is not required. The standard penetrator series is based on
industry standard flange and bulkhead mounted stainless steel bodies
and is available in four shell sizes. Both in-line and right angle
designs are available in polyurethane and neoprene. |
